D&AD student awards brief attempting to raise awareness for the continuing problem of homelessness. Innovative and thought provoking, highlighting the work of the charity Crisis as they help mend the lives of those affected.
The average person tells 4 lies a day, and 1460 a year. A total of 88,000 by the age of 6. The most common lie is 'I'M FINE'. The campaign plays on this automatic answer given by most when asked how they are, regardless of their situation and the possible problems they are facing. The reverse, all frayed edges and loose threads, contains the intricate pattern of hidden stitching which creates the front. Each loose thread represents a significant element that can contribute to a person's life starting to unravel and eventually leading to the possibility of homelessness.
